American Idol This Week: The Good, The Bad and I Found Some Awesome Videos on YouTube
Okay…Thank God for TiVo. Just ran through American Idol in less than an hour. That show has so much fluff. Anyway…short comments. Some butchering of Motown and some high points. I loved Matt Giraud and Allison but Adam still is head and shoulders above everyone else. That’s the good news. The bad news is I hated the hair this week. All other weeks I would totally do him (yes I know he is gay! who cares?) but this week that was much too conservative of a look for me. The low points were Matt Sarver (yawn) and Megan Joy (could she possible just do more of the exact same thing every single week?) The big surprise was Lil Rounds sucking this week. Shouldn’t Motown be her wheelhouse? I was shocked that she was so bad. Scott MacIntyre sings like he is on a cruise ship and just bugs the crap out of me. I was so happy when Simon and Randy finally criticized him this week. It was completely cathartic for me since the last week’s I have been screaming at my TV when the judges talk about him.
My prediction? Megan and Michael Sarver bottom 2. I think Michael goes home.

I really loved the top 5 Idol group song last night. It was a pity to see Aaron Kelly eliminated but I do believe the other singers were better singers so he had to go!
