While I'm sure these are delicious, I was searching for a turkey meatball recipe because my girlfriend doesn't eat red meat. Doesn't do much good to have a "turkey" recipe when pork is added. Why add the pork?

Dear Annie,
We just tried the turkey meatballs and they were wonderful. I was wondering if we could get the other two recipes that you did on the apprentice also. My husband loves chili and we would love to try your recipe. Good luck on the finale and may God bless you!
Sincerely,
Steve and Cindy Peeler

Just to let people know most meat subs. have gluten in them. So if you are new to the gluten free life you should take a really close look at the labels, gluten is hidden everywhere.

Vegas poker: there's a pretty wide variety of local, organic, grass-fed, and antibiotic-free meats these days. Also, you can always buy your own cuts of meat and a meat grinder to grind it yourself so you know exactly what's going in to your ground turkey/pork/beef etc.

The recipe's not necessarily "uneducated" merely for its inclusion of ground turkey or ground pork.

Annie:
Thank you for a wonderful gluten free recipe. I bought it from Schwans today.

After giving up gluten, due to Celiac, I can't imagine also giving up meat. So bring on the recipes with pork, turkey, chicken and beef.

Annie,
Lovin you on apprentice, and in poker, I hope one day to meet you and get an autograph! You are far and away the best one on the show too :)
Sorry you busted out of the recent tourney, I was rooting for you :)
Have to agree about the turkey meet though unless it is 100% organic and gass fed/open range those animals are grotesquely fed-treated-injected-etc. i'm trying to go all organic/vegetarian in steps, but yeah....kudos on the poster bringing it to our attention ;)

Annie,
Thank you so much for posting this!! I can't wait for you to post the chili recipe also. I picked you as soon as I saw who was going to be on Celeb Apprentice, I've watched you for the past couple of years and have been really impressed with how you handle yourself. Huge kudos to you for not knocking out Joan. I've never really liked her or Melissa-and this last episode has cemented why. She is such a primadonna and forgets where she came from. The personal attacks are unfounded and uncalled for, you don't deserve to be treated like that by anyone.

I called it with my son (he's 22) that when Natalie tried to get a poker player to go against you, I knew that they wouldn't. I don't play well but have watched enough to know that all of you really respect each other. Just the way when you are raising money and your donors don't send a check they actually show up with CASH in hand! That is so awesome!! I also can't stand when Joan makes the poker player comments, yes you bluff, etc. but you also congratulate each other even after someone has beaten you in a hand or has busted you in a tournament. Again KUDOS TO YOU FOR BEING THE PROFESSIONAL YOU ARE AND NOT KNOCKING HER OUT LIKE SHE DESERVES!!

I've been following you on Twitter, love the updates and loved the video update from the wpt site!! Twit back if you get the chance.
Going to be in Vegas this weekend for our 26th anniversary-maybe I'll get lucky and get to meet you!!
Good Luck in Apprentice and in upcoming Tournaments <3
