I had that jingle stuck in my head for days! I wish I had a dollar for every time I sang “Moms they want it fresh, kids they want it fast”!!! Great job on the jingle!!! (Can I please stop singing it now?)
Absolutely correct Kenny! I’ve never “blogged” before ever, but after seeing the ridiculous ending, I had to search for Annie’s website to let her know that she really did win.
At the very least, Annie knows the only reason she’s not the technical winner is because of political reasons. I don’t think it’s because of ratings, as I believe the viewers are going to be turned off by this finale.
Annie’s clearly the winner, as she said, there are no businesses that would’ve kept Joan around and clearly Trump should have tossed her long ago.
You are so creative and professional. You are MY role model! NBC and Trump had a previous agenda that unfortunately did not include you. Joan and her daughter are nothing but spoiled brats. You have demonstrated such poise and integrity when Joan was dissing you. You were robbed of the title that you so much deserved. You are my hero!!! I don’t usually post things online, but the results of the show just had me so angry I had to vent somewhere. Hold your head high girlfriend….you are truly the best!
Hi Annie,
I watched your performance and Brandie’s on the Apprentice and was just totally impressed. I’m sorry you didn’t win (everyone did a good job though and no one really lost because all the money was for charity.)I personally really liked the way you and Brandie played. I was very attracted to your strong personality and how you got things done every challenge. I kinda just stumbled onto your website wondering about what people were saying about things after the final show and I wanted to congratulate you on this forum. Trying to be the best at everything in life, which is what I thought you try to do, is such an inspiration to everyone I thought. That’s probably why you are such a successful person. You just also happen to be really good at poker but seem to be able to be good at anything new you try because of your fighting spirit and determination to succeed. I hope I am allowed to say this but you and Brandie are both really intelligent women and just drop dead gorgeous! Take care and thanks for being a part of such an entertaining show with such a good cause.
Annie, you won fair and square. But as a professional jingle writer, one who gets paid to do these very creations, I can honestly tell you that this song is a joke. It’s a travesty, musically and rhythmically. There is no chance Chicken of the Sea will ever use it on-air. So for you to call it a ‘kick-ass jingle’ demonstrates to me that, unfortunately, your ego distorts your perception of reality. Again, you won fair and square. But respectfully, that’s what you should be proud of. Not the jingle itself. Believe me. I’m not saying it to be mean. A professional would be laughed out of the office if they came in with this jingle.
HAHAHAHAAHHAAAA! I’m LMAO! Annie thought she won… she even raised her hands to clap for herself until her ego balloon was finally poppped. Once again, her devious, petty, conniving ways showed through. EVERY phone call had “Well, Joan pissed off the designers…” when Annie didn’t even KNOW what went on. She’s like a junior high school girl whispering about other people. Tom Green had it right–Joan got to Annie. WHO’S BETTER AT “GAMES THEORY” AND READING PEOPLE NOW, ANNIE? Not you.
This was the highlight of the Celebrity Aprentice for 2009 for me. Not only was it the biggest upset of the century, but a catchy song that I find myself singing and whistling every since. Professional jingle writers are only jealous of the creativity that a poker player can bring to “their world”. Donald Trump should fire himself for hiring an emotional train wreck of a person that Joan Rivers is. Her lack of professionalism and character knows no boundaries. Not only will I never watch the Apprentice again, after being a die-hard fan since the first episode, but I will continue to bad-mouth Joan, Mellissa, and the Don for their poor decisions on this past season. Long Live Annie Duke.
Hey Vic, did you not watch the show. Joan’s designer quit! because of her bullshit, so the company did’nt want anything to do with the Apprentice. Annie was working with her designer just fine. Donald Trump could have settled this by calling the company. Which he probably new. He just did not want to call his friend a liar on national t.v. Annie was the winner of this show. So, Donald gets a new conract for the apprentice, but my husband and I will not be watching. We will watch the poker games.
Yeah – it is a nice jingle. However, it would have been nice if when they did win Annie said “We did it!”. All she kept saying is “I did it!” … give Brande no applause. Typical Annie .. everything was ME ME ME the entire show.
Annie, kudos to you! As far as Im concerned, you’re the apprentice. You mastered the game, the best I’ve seen on that show! I’m not saying that Joan did not play a great game, but yu were better!
Vic you’re a tool and so is Tom Green. Annie great jingle. Be proud. I too have to deal with ‘Haters’ (on a much smaller level obviously) so do your best to ignore them because life is too short. You were awesome and Kenny from above is right. Obviously you have to reword the phrase ‘most of us All Love You’ due to the haters but the regular, normal people all do. I’m now going out to buy some Chicken of the Sea right now because of you!!
Don’t let it go to your head Annie, your jingle was good but you totally got lucky. You did not deserve to win that challange. It don’t matter now because the final challege was the important one and guess what? You lost. Ha Ha Ha. Thank god.
Your right Vic, the best was when she was getting ready to clap when she thought she won. You know she felt stupid as hell. God I was cracking up so much. I think that was the best part of the show, well except for her losing. Annie your a loser and you looked like it when you actually thought you had a chance against Joan Rivers. Your in wonderland Annie. You actually make me sick when I see you or hear that voice. High school, you should say Middle school. Thats how Annie acted on the show. You totally had Brande in your hands and you totally controlled her and she was the “dump blonde” who let it happen. How about lets play the tape when Annie was talking about Brande and then was her best friend in the next episode. Two-faced bitch. For the way you talk to people you should be ashamed of yourself. I would have went crazy on your ass if you treated me like that too. You deserved to lose and I hope you are crying in your poker cards now. HA HA HA LOSER!!!!!!
You did everything a good businesswoman and friend should do, you remained calm, professional, and never let yourself sink to joan’s level. And I’m sure Brande appreciates all your support as a good team member and friend.
Annie, I felt along with my son that you where a very class act on the show. Joan was way out of line, and to call you a liar when all you did was point out the facts. Joan Rivers should not have won based on her actions in previous board rooms. I hope to see you at a table, and congratulate you in person.
Annie showed so much class contrasted by the absolute lack of class Rivers and daughter exhibited. Melissa looked like a homeless person with that prosthetic boot she wore. She proved she was in the manner in which she acted after being fired. Annie is RED HOT! She won everyone’s heart. Trumpy is just a decrepit old fart who is totally out of touch.
These negative emails must be from the Joan Rivers’ camp of obnoxious revelers.
Annie, you are the winner of Celebrity Apprentice. Yes, you did rock the house and beat them all at their game. As David said, you remained calm, professional and never let yourself sink to Joan Rivers’ level, which is very, very low and her daughter, Melissa, joined her at the bottom.
Keep winning the game of poker and the game of life.
Michele? You are how old? Wow… Anne you converted several people in my family from supporting jr to you. The VAST majority of viewers know you are the winner and you did Refugees International a great service. I and everyone I can get to do so will be giving to them in your name! You are a class act unlike the boorish brood like Michele who can do nothing but tear and bite at the obvious winner Anne Duke!
You’re jingle was much better than Clint’s ‘song.’
Annie, My wife and i loved the jingle, reading some of the comments of “experts”, it’s no wonder businesses loose profits from people turning away from insulting ans sometimes vulgar ads. You’d think ad execs would have more dignity in what Americans think.
Anyway, you guys did right, don’t change for anything!!
vic is sooopid, annie you won in my mind and heart.I hope your charity got the money you raised and not j Rivers.I dont watch reality shows but Ive always watched this one.BUT never again Donald u r a jerk

it’s amazing that the folks that send you nasty messages have the same kind of mouth as Joan and Melissa
YOU DEFINITELY DESERVED THE TITLE OF CELEBRITY APPRETICE
Annie, you won fair and square. But as a professional jingle writer, one who gets paid to do these very creations, I can honestly tell you that this song is a joke. Vic, go to *ell. Annie was the best player. Why are you pestering people on this blog?
Annie you are the Best

Donald was wrong….YOU are the Celebrity Apprentice!!!

Don’t listen to em annie, you rocked the house and beat clint black at his own game.
You did everything a good businesswoman and friend should do, you remained calm, professional, and never let yourself sink to joan’s level. And I’m sure Brande appreciates all your support as a good team member and friend.
This is still in my head, which I’d say makes it a pretty good jingle.
Michell, you have a serious problem. Go get that checked out soon.
Michele are you DELUSIONAL – you must be related to Joan
Annie, I felt along with my son that you where a very class act on the show. Joan was way out of line, and to call you a liar when all you did was point out the facts. YOU BROUGHT IN THE MOST MONEY, NEVER LOST, NEVER BEEN BROUGHT BACK, NEVER GOT PERSONAL, AND BEAT A GRAMMY WINNER AT HIS OWN JOB
I’m now such a huge fan of you. I think you absolutely rock. I especially loved the jingle episode. You really came in your element. Hope you win;)
