It was not Joan's fault. On the show it was clear that the designer had his own agenda and was not willing to listen to nor work with his client. Patty i do believe that if your designer gave you only two color choices (all white and then all red) you too would have been upset. I thought how Joan handled the designer then the designers assistant (what is up with that) was how anyone would have. Also Joan did not "replace" the designer she just wanted to bring in some help to work with the designer. The designer was clearly at fault. I would not hire or want to work with a designer who was not willing to listen to their client, especially if it is very reasonable requests. It was ridiculously unfair and unprofessional of Trump to let Joan talk the way she did about Annie, especially when Annie is a guest of his show. Trump was already iffy for me...and now that does it. Joan can also go to hell with her unaccomplished, untalented daughter. I don't play poker but for Joan to demonize gamblers as 'mafia' or 'white trash' is ignorant. No one would survive that PR if comments as stupid as that were said about the gay community.
