David Sedaris on Letterman: Let’s lighten the mood
After all the darkness this week with the death of Ed McMahon, Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson, I was really happy when I found this video of David Sedaris from Letterman a few years ago (thanks Spike Lampros for posting this on Facebook!). This was just the thing I needed today to lighten the mood and cheer me up. I was doubled over laughing while watching this. It really hit the spot. The whole idea that anyone could have ever conceived of such a thing as The Stadium Pal is bizarre in the most delectable way.
Thanks for that! What a funny ass video, after such a depressing day. I really am a huge fan of yours and would love to play a hand with you some day. I follow you on twitter and I have seen pretty much every movie of the day that you post. Good luck in the Main event and take it easy on your brother but not so much with Phil Hellmuth. omg. davis sedaris is absolutely the best. he was up here a couple days ago and he was such a nice dude. so hilarious. so real. down to earth. gives the zaniest answers. thanks for posting this annie. i remember this too. love the old guy. staying up and watching late nights instead of sleeping is always good times. wouldn’t give it up to catch a couple more z’s.
