Snug Wow!
In the midst of the incredibly busy WSOP, I’m always looking for mindless distraction. Sneezies and Crayon Physics are always a good way to go (although Crayon Physics isn’t mindless but is a great distraction). Those are both apps for the iPhone. I particularly recommend Crayon Physics which is so much fun…it is a game where each level has a ball and a star. All you have to do is move the ball from one place over to where the star is by drawing lines, levers, boxes, etc. on the screen. It starts off very easy (great for the little kids) then gets very challenging. The other day I even played Crayon Physics while I was playing a tournament. I was upset about something outside of the tournament and used the game to calm me down and keep me in focus. Who knew an iPhone app had that as a use?
Anyway, my brother pointed this video out for me from Bill Maher. I assume everyone has seen the Sham Wow! and Snuggie infomercials? The Sham Wow! is a super absorbent cloth and the Snuggie is basically just a blanket with arms. The latter has always confused me. I am can’t figured out why anyone would be compelled to by a blanket with arms from the TV but to each his own. Maybe someone will comment and enlighten me about how it is the greatest thing since sliced bread (or actual blankets that you already have in your house). Anyway, here’s the video from Bill Maher.

Annie, I haven’t bought a Snuggie yet, but I want to! Here’s why it’s great: you know when you’re all snuggled up in a warm blankie up to your neck on a cold winter’s day watching tv, and then you have to take your arms out from underneath to fast forward thru a commercial with the remote control? Well, that sucks!! That’s where the Snuggie comes in! For a winter couch potatoe like me, it’s a huge deal! Good Luck in #31, you’re doing great!

Might get a Snuggie, but we shall see.
