When I first built this course to help entrepreneurs, executive-level decision makers, investors, and leaders with decision making, I couldn’t have imagined that nearly 200 students would trust me to be their guide. I’m so honored to have achieved a 4.8/5.0 rating across my prior four cohorts.
Now, my fifth cohort is launching November 18th and will run till December 19th. The class will meet twice a week on zoom for two hours and I hold office hours once a week for an hour as well.

I’ll be sending out a separate code for paid subscribers to get 35% off.
I’ve made this course as interactive and hands-on as possible, so you get to do as you learn. By the end, you’ll be able to make higher quality decisions, and expand your network with a solid group of peers from start ups, VC’s, universities, and companies like Oracle, Google and Ernst and Young, .
Over 3 weeks, you’ll learn:
How to make better decisions.
Every decision is a bet on a forecast of the future. You have limited resources to figure out which prediction will have the best return in the long run. The solution: my 6-step process for better decision making.
What gets in the way of making good decisions.
Why doesn’t your gut make great decisions? The answer: cognitive bias. I’ll show you how to get to the outside view — what is true of the world independent of your own point of view.
Making effective decisions as a team.
Teams don’t always produce higher-quality decisions — they just have higher confidence. You’ll learn how to find out when people disagree and normalize dissent in groups.
Making faster decisions.
There’s a time-accuracy trade-off with decisions. I’ll teach you my best frameworks for figuring out how fast you can go when making decisions.
Here’s the schedule:
Live session dates: November 18, 20, and 25th. December 2, 4, and 9.
Office hours: Tuesdays, November and 26. December 3.
1-2 hours/week for readings & projects
And here’s what past students have had to say:
“Decision-making, much like our health, is a foundation of our lives. I would have substituted this class for a year of courses at university. I loved this course.” – Chaddus, Cohort 3
“Annie is an excellent teacher. Her frameworks around decision making and the passion and intention with which she expresses it to the class is phenomenal. No matter what your job role (or even if you don’t work a regular job at all) the skills Annie teaches are life skills. I would recommend that EVERYBODY (who can afford it) should definitely enroll in this course. While her books are excellent, engaging with her in person provides an immensely enriching experience.” – Aishwarya, Google
“From the moment I enrolled in Annie Duke’s interactive online course, I knew I was in for a transformative experience. The course was meticulously structured, blending Annie’s insightful teachings with office hours devoted to helping students deepen their understanding of the subject matter. The live sessions with Annie were invaluable. She provided personalized feedback, answered questions with depth and clarity, and shared anecdotes that enriched the learning experience. The community of fellow learners was also a highlight. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to enhance their decision making skills.” – Alan, Allied Internet / Digital Bulldogs
The best part of teaching is seeing how talented operators are using my frameworks and content to grow their careers. One student said,
Well worth the investment. Made a big impact on how I think about the world and approach decisions. The group decision making practices were especially helpful to me, and I am seeking to implement those practices at work. Annie is an exceptional teacher, her passion for the subject matter comes through, and she is wealth of knowledge.
