It is not necessary to have read any of my books to join this course, MAKE BETTER DECISIONS! (In fact, we will be using parts of the workbook How to Decide, which I will gift electronically to all participants.)
However, for those who have, one of the frequent questions I have received is– what more will I learn in this course if I have already read your books?
I have taught decision making strategy to many audiences– some new to my work and some that have read all my books. While it is easy to read about these concepts, it is much more difficult to really master them. Not to mention that I have much more to share that didn’t make it into my books!
In my course I help students master the material through experiential methods such as case studies, activities, break out rooms, discussions with peers, explainer videos, Q and A, live coaching and demonstrations. The more you wrestle with the concepts in making real decisions, the more you are able to truly learn the material. Everyone can engage synchronously and/or asynchronously!
Further, the advantage of being in a cohort-based course is that you will interact with these concepts in a community of like-minded people. Brilliant minds from all over the world came together as Cohort 1 to learn from each other and lift each other up. Having learned the foundations of excellent decision making in the course, they now continue to meet with each other months later to discuss ideas and support each other.
